I joined the Steele Lab in 2022 after obtaining a PhD degree in Bioengineering from University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and 3 years of postdoctoral training at Washington University in St. Louis. My work at the Steele Lab is to investigate how stress (i.e., hypoxia, compression) regulates the tumor immune environment in glioblastoma and to find potential drug targets to improve immunotherapy.
